Color Fill:

Unless otherwise specified, bright gold will be used on
all ebony stone pieces. Classic gold will be used on all white agate and
black will be used on cappuccino. Other standard colors may be
substituted at no additional charge. If PMS matches are required, the
additional charge per match is $65.00. For additional color fills on all
items, where art allows, there is an additional charge of $6.00 per
color per item. |

Imperfections
|
It is understood that variations of size, color and /or
patterns are characteristic of art quality awards and are not considered
defects. Veining and surface cracks are also natural occurrences that
appear throughout stone products and may even effect your copy; however,
ad they can not be avoided when using natural stone no replacement can
be provided. |
| 2nd Imprint Areas |
For additional imprint areas, in addition to what the
individual item specifies, there is an additional $10.00 per location
per item charge. |
| Setup Charge |
There is a one time charge of $95.00 per logo to setup
art, providing camera ready electronic art is received. See art
requirements for details. If a repeat order requires the exact same art
as a previous order, there is no additional setup charge. Should art
need to be resized to fit a different item, the charge is $25.00 for
each size required. |
| Minimum Orders |
For you convenience, we have made all of our Marble
Collection available individually. For orders less than $100.00 there is
a $10.00 processing fee. |
| Proofs |
At your request one fax proof will be provided free of
charge. Written approval must be received back within 24 hours of avoid
delays. Additional proofs are billed at $15.00 per proof. Rush orders
require same day approval. |
| Personalization |
For each personalization there will be a charge of $11.50
for up to 4 lines.
For 5-10 lines $18.75 and anything above 10 lines $40.00 will be
charged. |
| Print Type Styles |
Due to the production method used some typestyles that
have very fine lines or fonts with both thick and thin lines or any font
less than 14 pt. size will not reproduce well. |
| Production Time |
Please allow 10 working days after art approval for
orders of 100 pieces of less. Exact repeat orders require 5 working
days. All times are excluding shipping time. |
| Shipping |
All orders are shipped FOB OH. We ship UPS or FedEx. Any
other method will incur additional charges. A $5.00 box handling fee is
charged on all shipments. |
| Foreign Shipments |
For any shipments out of North America there will be a
$25.00 paperwork charge. |
